Sr Site Reliability Engineer (Windows Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure across on-premises and AWS-hosted environments.
• Configure and support Microsoft IIS web server environments for critical business applications.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates, encryption standards, secure communications, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Apply security hardening, vulnerability protection, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management practices.
• Design and maintain automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, problem management, monitoring, SLO/SLI definition, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, with strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, SSL/TLS certificates, web application hosting, security protocols, and encryption standards.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, load balancing, firewalls, network troubleshooting, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with AWS and hybrid on-premises/cloud environments, plus scripting and automation with PowerShell and Python or Bash.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Datadog, Splunk, and infrastructure observability.
• AWS or Microsoft Windows Server certifications.
