What you will do
- Lead new distribution and investment partnership opportunities from evaluation and negotiation through deal execution.
- Manage existing partner labels, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term business growth.
- Oversee daily distribution operations and ensure reliable service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop the distribution operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on partner success and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in music distribution, label relations, business development, or partnership management within the music industry.
- Strong commercial mindset and experience negotiating and executing distribution or investment agreements.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to turn business insights into actionable growth strategies.
