What you will do
- Interpret data and use advanced queries and statistical methods to uncover actionable insights.
- Build reusable data querying, transformation, visualization, reporting, and dashboard processes.
- Analyze large and complex datasets, identify trends and issues, and escalate important findings.
- Present insights to support fact-based decisions and recommend business process improvements.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs in line with company goals.
- Mentor junior BI team members and maintain documentation for reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Expert-level SQL skills for writing advanced database queries.
- Experience working with datasets containing millions of rows and creating complex visualizations in live dashboards.
- Strong analytical, communication, project leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Jupyter, Python, Hive, or BigQuery ML.
