Senior Compliance Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Conduct escalated and complex investigations into sales and marketing compliance cases involving agents and agencies.
• Recommend corrective actions and support remediation activities.
• Communicate case status, emerging risks, and resolution barriers to internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft and update compliance policies, procedures, and investigative job aids based on trends from cases and audits.
• Present case findings to an Agent Review Board and serve as a subject matter resource for Compliance Analysts.
• Identify process, training, and system improvements while partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, and Technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance, including hands-on investigations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and critical assessment of information from multiple sources.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with mixed complexity and defined turnaround times.
• Ability to recognize escalation needs and deliver reliable work with limited day-to-day oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience monitoring and auditing TPMOs.
• Experience collaborating in a virtual team environment.
