What you will do

  • Draft, edit, and review contract documents for clarity, accuracy, policy compliance, and legal compliance.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, agreed timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized contract records and related correspondence.
  • Coordinate contract execution with project management, procurement, finance, and legal stakeholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate bidding processes for maintenance activities.
  • Support cost control and budget management using SAP and contract management systems.

Requirements

  • Saudi Nationality is mandatory.
  • At least 6 years of related experience with a high school qualification, or at least 4 years with a diploma.
  • Experience in contract administration, cost control, and budget management.
  • SAP knowledge and proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, judgment under pressure, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment and openness to new ideas.
