Senior Manager, Quality Operations (Biopharmaceutical Quality Assurance)

Location: Northbridge facility; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office and increased onsite presence possible around critical milestones.

Salary: $142,140–$179,220 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead global GMP quality operations for internal and external manufacturing activities.
• Support quality requirements across development and commercial programs.
• Manage the Quality Operations team and provide daily operational quality support.
• Report to the Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance.
• Support quality execution through upcoming critical program milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other technical discipline.
• 10+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and Quality Assurance Operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in person at the Northbridge facility at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and Quality Assurance Operations.
