Location: Remote for US-based candidates only

Salary: $164,800–$247,200 annually base pay, plus potential bonus, incentive compensation, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and oversee global clinical trial start-up strategies across the clinical trial portfolio.
• Provide advanced expertise in clinical trial start-up processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee contract research organization activities.
• Use historical and predictive analytics to inform country and site activation plans.
• Optimize protocol implementation for start-up efficiency and mitigate operational risks.
• Support compliance with global regulatory and quality standards.

• Advanced expertise in clinical trial start-up processes.
• Experience with operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and CRO oversight.
• Ability to apply analytics and data-driven insights to clinical trial planning.
