Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Georgia

Salary: GEL 14,300–15,950 gross per month

What you will do

• Own either the observability or CI/CD platform area, including architecture, reliability, roadmap, and operations.
• Lead technical initiatives from requirements gathering and design through implementation, production rollout, and ongoing operational ownership.
• Design scalable and reliable platform architectures covering topology, integrations, scaling, and resilience.
• Support developers operating applications on on-premise servers and Kubernetes using Helm, including deployment, monitoring, metrics, alerts, and logs.
• Automate provisioning, maintenance, and repetitive operational work with code.
• Investigate production incidents, lead post-mortems, improve on-call practices, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or in closely related responsibilities.
• Experience owning technical initiatives end-to-end, from requirements and technical design to production delivery.
• Strong Linux skills and working knowledge of the Prometheus stack, including metric types, exporters, and alerting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containers, Docker, registries, Ansible, Git, and Bash or Python automation.
• Production and on-call experience, including incident diagnosis, service restoration, post-mortems, and mentoring.
• Solid hands-on experience in at least two areas including VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus at scale, log pipelines, Jenkins, artifact management, Kubernetes operations, or Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics and data science platforms such as JupyterHub, Airflow, Tableau, MLflow, or Airbyte.
• Remote development environments, AI agent execution environments, bare-metal Kubernetes, Flux, GitOps, or Terraform.
• Experience operating Sentry on-premise, ClickHouse, or MongoDB.
