Associate Staff Engineer - Dotnet Developer (.NET/React): Building enterprise-grade applications, scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and responsive web interfaces with an accent on .NET Core, React, AWS, and clean architecture. Focus on end-to-end feature delivery, cloud-native integrations, performance and security optimization, CI/CD automation, and resolving complex issues across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
Location: Remote, Mexico

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies.
- Own feature delivery from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Build scalable, secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using clean architecture.
- Develop and optimize responsive web interfaces with React.
- Implement AWS cloud-native solutions, service integrations, performance optimization, and security configuration.
- Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, technical troubleshooting, and support for junior developers.
Requirements
- Strong cloud development experience.
- Strong React experience.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, backend services, RESTful APIs, testing, deployment, and modern software development practices.
