Junior Full-Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania, with the option to work from home or anywhere in the world

Salary: €5,600–€7,600 gross per month, depending on experience and competence.

What you will do

• Build complete AI Builder and eCommerce features across databases, backend services, and user interfaces.
• Develop Vue.js 3 components and design and implement Node.js APIs.
• Balance frontend and backend development while debugging and optimizing the full stack.
• Optimize performance, from SQL queries to frontend bundle sizes.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers on UX, API design, and product direction.
• Make technical decisions in an autonomous squad and gradually take on broader ownership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-stack experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript across frontend and backend development.
• Experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular, plus TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL or MySQL, SQL, and ORMs.
• Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
• Understanding of unit testing, E2E testing, Git workflows, branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to learn independently and explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Docker and containerization experience.
• Frontend or backend performance optimization experience.
• Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD.
