TL;DR
Senior Full Stack Developer (C# / Vue): Building the next generation of Cascade Facility Ratings, a facility-rating business application, with an accent on backend services, REST APIs, user-facing features, and integrations. Focus on designing layered Clean Architecture changes, implementing automated tests and secure coding practices, and validating AI-assisted development outputs.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; fixed-term position based in Mexico with hybrid opportunities.
Company
DNV is developing Cascade Facility Ratings, a business application supporting facility-rating workflows.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Create and extend web interfaces with Vue, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Translate product requirements into domain, application, persistence, API, and UI changes within a layered Clean Architecture solution.
- Integrate frontend and backend services using REST APIs, OpenAPI contracts, and generated TypeScript clients.
- Design and maintain unit, integration, UI, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Apply secure coding practices and use AI-assisted development tools with appropriate validation, privacy, and security controls.
Requirements
- Based in Mexico and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
- 6+ years of professional full stack software development experience at a senior level.
- Strong experience developing production services and REST APIs with C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Solid JavaScript experience developing browser-based application features.
- Experience with maintainable design, code review, refactoring, unit testing, and secure web application and API development.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, plus experience working in an Agile or Kanban environment.
Nice to have
- Professional TypeScript and Vue.js experience, ideally Vue 3.
- Experience with Vite, Pinia, Vue Router, Vitest, or Vue Test Utils.
- Automated UI or end-to-end testing experience.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, GitHub, OpenAPI/Swagger, NSwag, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design, CQRS, Clean Architecture, or SaaS and enterprise business applications.
