Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Relocation to Almaty is supported from anywhere.

What you will do

• Convert enterprise client briefs into tailored cinematic demos and proofs of concept.
• Own the technical-creative delivery of pilots from kickoff through production rollout.
• Direct and produce end-to-end AI campaigns, including creative direction, shot design, generation, editing, and delivery.
• Build repeatable production pipelines using model chains, presets, prompt systems, APIs, MCP, and agentic workflows.
• Train customer teams through live workshops, demonstrations, and documented workflows.
• Share field insights, product gaps, failure modes, and new use cases with Product, Engineering, and Research.

Requirements

• Portfolio of commercially high-quality cinematic AI work; the portfolio is reviewed as the primary evaluation criterion.
• 5+ years of commercial, film, or creative production experience and 2+ years of hands-on generative AI experience.
• Deep, current knowledge of image and video models, consistency techniques, VFX, and motion workflows.
• Strong cinematic craft in shot design, lighting, composition, storyboarding, and editing.
• Experience delivering client-facing pilots, proofs of concept, or commissioned productions from brief to finished result.
• Excellent English and ability to work on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Background in film, advertising, fashion, or e-commerce content production.
• Familiarity with Higgsfield proprietary models, tools, plugins, and skills.
• Scripting or automation experience with Python, APIs, ComfyUI, MCP, or agent pipelines.
• Forward deployed, solutions engineering, or sales engineering experience at an AI or creative platform.
• Experience with enterprise stakeholders and Fortune 500 brands, or an established AI creative community.
