TL;DR
Systems Analyst (Power BI): Analyzing markets, business operations, product initiatives, and client performance using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel with an accent on strategic planning, data visualization, and process improvement. Focus on translating strategic goals into business requirements, building dashboards and KPIs, and facilitating alignment between clients, business units, and technical teams.
Location: United States — Remote (any location); must be a US citizen or hold Green Card status. Up to 10% travel for client engagements and project-related functions.

What you will do
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, and strategic planning.
- Translate strategic goals into business requirements, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams on features, roadmaps, user stories, and product improvements.
- Support the development of tools and platforms using PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Analyze financial, operational, customer, usage, and feedback data to identify performance gaps.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and stakeholder reports while facilitating workshops and strategic alignment sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, or strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, market research, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL; experience with data visualization and analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences; US citizenship or Green Card status required.
