What you will do
- Design and implement MCP integrations, agent orchestration layers, and multi-agent workflows.
- Build and maintain AI SDLC pipelines, development tooling, and automation logic.
- Evaluate emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits through prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Benchmark scalability, reliability, and architecture fit, then recommend designs based on technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, and clients to define requirements and shape AI SDLC solutions.
- Advise clients on AI tool adoption for greenfield and brownfield initiatives and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year of extensive AI SDLC experience.
- Strong practical development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript; Python, Java, Go, and other languages are also accepted.
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and MCP integrations.
- Understanding of the AI model lifecycle, prompting, evaluation loops, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, own end-to-end technical delivery, and conduct technical evaluations or benchmarking.
- Consulting experience or strong client-facing communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases, RAG, and embeddings.
- Background in backend engineering, MLOps, or system design.
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning or model customization.
- Experience integrating AI into production-grade applications.
