Salary: $106,000–$133,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support forecasts for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Develop standardized reporting and monitor daily hirify.global Predicts performance.
• Conduct custom analyses and experiments to identify customer insights.
• Evaluate promotions and marketing tactics and recommend improvements.
• Analyze processes across Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and Customer Operations.
• Build end-to-end expertise in the Predicts customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, technical, consulting, or commercial field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a highly numerate discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics, or relevant data and business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau/data visualization required.
• Strong analytical and Excel-based modeling skills.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights and presentations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Knowledge of statistical and experimentation methods.
• Experience in real-money gaming, prediction markets, or an adjacent industry.
• Interest in sports and technology.
