Registration Technician

Location: Louisville, KY, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Receive, sort, line up, document, and process incoming samples according to established procedures.
• Enter sample testing requests and related information into the computer system.
• Verify data entry against client-provided information to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Maintain retained sample storage, records, filing, and a clean and safe work area.
• Support laboratory operations by covering essential work during coworker absences and managing time productively.
• Communicate with clients, staff, and coworkers while protecting proprietary methodologies.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in science preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and Tuesday–Saturday shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship required.
