Front of House Manager

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States; onsite venue role

Salary: $51,500–$62,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the front-of-house guest experience and maintain service, hospitality, safety, and satisfaction standards.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, onboard, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, assigned shifts, staffing, delegation, and follow-up.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Support ordering, inventory management, facilities needs, and compliance with health and operational standards.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.
• Must be 21 or older where required by state or local law.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally, remain on foot for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather, and operate in a noisy venue environment.
