hirify.global operates PiBnB locations for data collection and is building more reliable systems for coordinating deployments across multiple sites.

What you will do

• Coordinate PiBnB bookings, schedules, site access, timing, and readiness.
• Manage props and equipment, including staging, transportation, tracking, replenishment, and replacement.
• Coordinate vans, loading, unloading, movers, and other external service providers.
• Act as the central point of coordination for hosts, vendors, drivers, operators, props teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify logistics problems early, resolve blockers, and communicate changes clearly.
• Create checklists, trackers, templates, and repeatable workflows to reduce manual coordination.

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing many parallel activities.
• Ability to anticipate dependencies, identify failure modes, and prioritize urgent blockers.
• Ownership of tasks from identification through completion.
• Clear, concise communication and effective escalation.
• Ability to build relationships with hosts, vendors, operators, drivers, and internal teams.
• Adaptability, process orientation, and a service mindset.
