Location: Remote from South Africa or Colombia

What you will do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance to improve lead quality and lead volume.
- Support brand-building and strengthen online visibility, including the Google My Business listing.
- Review the website and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and grow the presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business, and Instagram.
- Track and follow up on leads using the CRM.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads.
- Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
- Comfort using Calendly.
- Strong written communication and a proactive, strategic approach to marketing.
Nice to have
- Design skills in Canva or a similar tool.
- Familiarity with WordPress websites.
