About the Role
You will answer phone calls and chat messages, onboard new users, handle calls with loan applicants, provide app support, and answer product questions. You will communicate clearly in Swedish and English while working 15 to 20 hours weekly during weekday evenings weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- At least 12 months remaining in your studies
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Availability for 15 to 20 hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends
- Similar service industry experience may be beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
