What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize SQL dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze withdrawal and transaction data to identify trends and volume spikes.
• Support fraud trend analysis, mitigation strategies, and monitoring of ongoing fraud groups.
• Own designated daily monitoring reports and review flagged accounts against defined criteria.
• Support chargeback process improvements and gather feedback on reports and tools.
• Compare procedures across Risk and Payments, Fraud, and Customer Support teams and identify gaps.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in data analytics, statistics, business, finance, computer science, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis or statistical projects.
• Interest in fraud mitigation and fraud investigations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Availability for 15–28 hours per week for 12 weeks beginning in January; ability to obtain and maintain required gaming certifications or licenses.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript or data reporting tools such as Looker.
