Specialist, Field Marketing (Marketing)

Location: Tampa, United States; field-based role with 30–40% travel

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base per year plus cash incentives

What you will do

• Manage consumer collecting programs that drive product trial and expand the consumer base on campus and in the local market.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and train Student Marketeers and Team Leaders.
• Plan and deliver university, sports, culture, event, and sampling initiatives aligned with local, national, and global priorities.
• Build networks with local communities, creators, opinion leaders, and relevant consumer scenes.
• Develop locally relevant marketing ideas and use program tools, reporting, logistics, stock, and branded assets effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of marketing experience and experience leading teams or managing people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strategic, analytical, creative, organized, and proactive approach with project and budget management skills.
• Strong communication, networking, presentation, training, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English and a valid US driver's license required.
• Must be a US citizen, US permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
