Revenue Operations Intern (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid; employees must work in a U.S. office at least three days per week in Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA. U.S. work authorization is required now and in the future.

Salary: $25.00 per hour, plus 401(k) matching and a monthly communications reimbursement allowance.

What you will do

• Support the Commercial Operations team in launching go-to-market programs and projects.
• Contribute to SaaS operations and strategy initiatives.
• Work with sales requests, live orders, dunning support, and revenue operations processes.
• Identify system and process issues and help escalate them for resolution.
• Build reports across multiple systems and tools.
• Assist with ad hoc system projects, testing, and special initiatives.

Requirements

• Available to work full-time from June 7 through August 13, 2027.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating in December 2027 or spring 2028.
• Ideally have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and collaboration tools.
