AI Deployment Specialist (Beneficial Deployments)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid, with staff expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Own customer activation from contract signature through production deployment across Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API products.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SAML, SCIM, JIT provisioning, MCP connectors, admin policies, and seat-assignment logic across major identity providers.
• Advise CISOs, CTOs, and IT leaders on governance, access models, RBAC, OAuth, and enterprise setup.
• Enable Claude capabilities, coordinate approvals and OAuth consent, and prepare customer environments for adoption.
• Design scalable deployment playbooks, onboarding cohorts, admin enablement sessions, and increasingly self-service activation programs.
• Develop change management, rollout, Train-the-Trainer, and measurement programs while sharing recurring customer blockers with Product, Support, and Security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as implementation management, technical account management, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or customer success.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity integrations including SAML, OIDC, SCIM v2, and JIT provisioning across at least two major identity providers.
• Experience advising security and IT leadership on SaaS or AI platform governance, organization topology, access models, RBAC, and OAuth.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience designing, launching, and measuring programs serving multiple customers, plus organizational change and enablement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; strong practical experience using AI and LLM tools.
