Location: Hybrid role based in Peschiera Borromeo, Milan, Italy

Salary: From €80,000 gross per year, with the final offer depending on experience, skills, education, and role alignment.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership across multiple functions.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from hire to retirement.
• Advise and coach managers on people decisions, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Oversee territorial and national labor relations with employee representatives and trade unions.
• Lead negotiations, dispute resolution, and implementation of national and local labor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior HR roles, preferably in complex multinational organizations.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to work from frontline operations to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-impact negotiations with unions and employee representatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including Directors and Vice Presidents, and work autonomously across functions and geographies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, plus strong project management experience.
