Software Engineer - Planning Technology (Kinaxis Maestro)

Location: Copenhagen Hub - Løvstræde, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define, design, document, validate and configure end-to-end planning solutions in Kinaxis Maestro.
• Translate business requirements into practical, documented planning architectures and platform solutions.
• Improve platform stability through stronger configuration, data flow management and operational practices.
• Introduce release management approaches and support models that strengthen platform health.
• Challenge legacy processes and align planning ways of working with platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business teams, technology stakeholders, platform users and experienced peers while mentoring others.

Requirements

• Experience delivering solutions using Kinaxis Maestro, including platform configuration and optimisation.
• Experience building end-to-end APS or supply chain planning solutions from business requirements through implementation.
• Experience designing planning architectures that connect business processes and technology platforms.
• Ability to apply supply chain planning processes and dependencies across planning environments.
• Experience leading collaboration between business and technology teams in a solution architecture or consulting capacity.
• Clear documentation, strong communication, constructive challenge and a willingness to mentor others.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Closed Loop Planning concepts or operating models.
• Experience configuring Kinaxis integrations, data models and planning master data.
• Experience with supply, demand, inventory, S&OP or IBP planning processes.
• Experience establishing solution governance frameworks, architecture standards or SAP engineering capabilities.
