Production Supervisor (Chemical Manufacturing)

Location: Rae vald, Harjumaa, Estonia; day-shift, onsite position.

What you will do

• Ensure safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient operation of the coagulant plant.
• Lead and support a small, experienced production team and occasionally perform operator tasks.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors.
• Balance office routines with hands-on plant operations and maintenance.
• Participate in environmental, health and safety, planning, quality, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Education or experience in process, electrical, or mechanical operations, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production or manufacturing; chemical industry experience is not required.
• Effective communication in Estonian and English.
• Experience with computerized production and maintenance management systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to safety, responsibility, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Motivation to develop expertise in the chemical industry.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Additional language skills, such as Finnish.
• Previous work safety experience.
