Quality Engineer (Automotive) (Manufacturing/Quality Systems): Supporting product and production quality for vehicle technologies by investigating customer claims, conducting audits, and coordinating corrective actions with an accent on root-cause analysis, new product launches, and continuous improvement. Focus on resolving complex quality issues, applying automotive quality methods, and preventing defects through production stops and quarantine when necessary.
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Salary: €2700–€3200 gross per month

designs and manufactures vehicle technologies including driveline and transmission actuation systems, vision systems, emissions control systems, safety systems, and security and monitoring systems.
What you will do
- Investigate customer claims and product or production quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct product audits.
- Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Communicate with customers on quality-related matters.
- Support quality activities during new product launches.
- Escalate major quality issues and take immediate action, including production stops and quarantine when required.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with electronics, embedded products, or mechatronics.
- Fluent English and Estonian.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management standards.
- Knowledge of PDCA, 8D, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plan methods.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
