Location: Based in Poland or willing to work closely with the Polish market

What you will do
- Own media and digital content production from concept and planning through shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Create video and other digital content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other communication channels.
- Develop content for ’s new brand and support its launch in Poland and other markets.
- Create and adapt content for city-by-city market launches and different audiences.
- Track performance KPIs and audience insights to improve future content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams on broader brand and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning end-to-end media or digital content production across campaigns or projects.
- Strong hands-on experience creating digital content, especially video.
- Experience with social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar.
- Understanding of content formats, distribution, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, turn briefs into finished content, and communicate effectively with collaborators.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; based in Poland or willing to work closely with the Polish market.

- Experience launching or growing a brand through digital content.
- Experience with multi-market or international content projects.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or external production teams.
- Experience with ride-hailing, mobility, marketplaces, or other consumer-facing products.
- Polish language skills.
