Sr Site ID & Feasibility Specialist (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage feasibility and site identification projects or programs for assigned countries or regions within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Identify and maintain an appropriate list of investigators and clinical research sites based on sponsor and protocol requirements.
• Collect and analyze country and regional feasibility information for clinical studies.
• Coordinate confidentiality agreements, site questionnaires, site information forms, and site qualification questionnaires.
• Review site capabilities and suitability, approve sites for site selection visits, and recommend appropriate sites.
• Maintain investigator databases and company repositories, ensuring complete, accurate, and duplicate-free information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience in feasibility or site identification activities.
• Knowledge of applicable functional and regulatory requirements, local regulations, SOPs, and ICH/GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with study teams, management, and Legal.
