Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; the role covers Türkiye and the Levant. Travel up to 20–30% of the time is required.

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of medical launch strategies for new rare blood disorder products, with primary responsibility for multiple myeloma.
- Translate global strategies into local business cases, integrated growth plans, brand plans, and launch plans for Türkiye and the Levant.
- Provide scientific direction to regional MSLs and support KOL engagement, scientific exchange, congress activities, and insight gathering.
- Lead evidence planning, data gap analysis, clinical studies, Investigator-Initiated Studies, and Real-World Evidence projects.
- Build strategic relationships with KOLs, professional associations, patient organizations, and cross-functional teams across medical, commercial, regulatory, market access, and clinical functions.
- Develop digital educational and scientific content and contribute to initiatives that improve standards of care and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor or Pharmacy education.
- At least 1 year of experience as a national medical manager and at least 3 years of industry experience.
- Fluent English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
- Strong scientific, strategic, communication, teaching, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Experience with product launches, lifecycle management, market access strategies, reimbursement pathways, clinical development, RWE, and evidence generation.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with a solution-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in hematology, particularly rare blood disorders or multiple myeloma.
- Experience with omnichannel tools and innovative digital communication methods.
