Labor Relations Specialist

Location: Brønshøj, Denmark; onsite at the headquarters

What you will do

• Advise managers, HR Business Partners, and employees on Danish labor law, collective agreements, employee relations, and workplace matters.
• Partner with employee representatives and act as secretary to the Danish Works Council.
• Support negotiations, implementation, and administration of collective bargaining and local agreements.
• Manage employee relations cases, including sick leave management, disciplinary cases, and other workplace matters.
• Drive HR projects related to regulatory changes, collective bargaining outcomes, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Danish labor law, employee relations, and collective agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Danish labor market regulations and experience collaborating with employee representatives and works councils.
• Ability to handle complex employee relations matters with sound judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, project, and change management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Danish and English required.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in an international matrix organization.
• Knowledge of HR systems.
