Head of Global Mobility

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Global Mobility team supporting an increasingly international workforce.
• Bring Global Mobility and International Employee Experience into a more connected operating model.
• Evolve global mobility strategy, policies, processes and capabilities.
• Advance digitalization, automation and AI adoption across mobility and people operations.
• Strengthen team capability through leadership, coaching, development and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Tax, external vendors, immigration partners and local people teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading Global Mobility in complex international organizations, including strategy, operations, compliance and policy development.
• Track record of delivering global mobility programs that balance business priorities, employee experience and operational excellence.
• Experience managing teams across multiple geographies and developing team capability and performance.
• Experience implementing technology, automation or AI-enabled improvements in Global Mobility or people operations.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable people solutions and build partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with an average of 3 days per week in the office in Billund.

Nice to have

• Experience designing International Employee Experience approaches connected with Global Mobility.
• Experience shaping transformation programs or operating models within a complex organization.
