Head of Product (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Join the Mr D executive leadership team and contribute to business strategies targeting growth and profitability.
• Lead a team of 10+ Product Managers and designers responsible for customer-facing products and internal merchandising and marketing tools.
• Translate business objectives into product vision and feature roadmaps across multiple product verticals.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, executives, and other stakeholders to deliver products and align expectations.
• Drive customer-centric design, experimentation, workshops, KPI tracking, and continuous product improvement.
• Improve product and engineering processes, team structures, hiring practices, and product management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of product management experience or relevant project-based exposure.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team or teams.
• Proven track record of delivering business value through project delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of mobile and e-commerce trends and technologies, with a data-driven and customer-focused approach.
