Dynamics 365 Senior Business Consultant (Business Central)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite in Northampton, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Work with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional Business Central solutions.
• Provide expertise across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehousing.
• Run workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design activities.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT, training, post-go-live activities, and collaboration with developers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of core Business Central modules and best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience running workshops and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
