Senior Rust Software Engineer (Rust)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent.
• Build integrations with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Develop reliable, secure, and performant system-level software for high-load data processing and storage.
• Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, code reviews, testing, automation, CI/CD, and observability.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to solve complex customer challenges.
• Support parts of the existing C++ ecosystem and share knowledge with teammates.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with Rust engineering.
• Experience building and maintaining high-load, scalable services.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, or macOS and an understanding of operating systems, networking, file systems, and process behavior.
• Experience working with multi-language codebases, including Rust and C/C++.
• Experience with testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems such as Cargo and CMake.
• Ability to validate solutions at realistic production scale and collaborate effectively with other engineers.
