Human Resources Internship - P&G 2027 Management Internship

What you will do

• Lead HR projects linked to functional, organizational, or site strategic objectives.
• Deliver project outputs such as reports, analyses, presentations, toolkits, or events by the end of the internship.
• Conduct research and gather information through appropriate channels.
• Support work process improvements, organizational transitions, assessments, and HR initiatives.
• Work on projects involving employee engagement, compensation and benefits, labor relations, recruiting, and training and development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any major; Human Resources or Psychology is highly preferred.
• Expected to graduate before December 2028.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Ability to prioritize work and deliver commitments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style.
• Ability to learn on the job and work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
