Support Engineer

Location: Remote, all locations

Development and operation of a Big Data platform and data products.

What you will do

• Manage the full incident lifecycle, from alert detection and triage through root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, and prevention.
• Maintain applications and environments across AWS, on-premises servers, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Support development and business analysis teams.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
• Contribute to the evolution of the support function toward DevOps responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 0.5 years of experience as a Support Engineer.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Git, and sh/bash.
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as curl, telnet, and dig.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with the ELK stack and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code and GitOps principles.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
