What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain platform functionalities, features, and modules.
• Develop and manage APIs, integrations, and connections to external systems.
• Optimize live production code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Test, debug, and document technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience building, scaling, and maintaining live production SaaS systems.
• Strong proficiency with modern web frameworks, especially Ruby on Rails or a similar MVC framework.
• Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain and justify technical decisions in an international team.
• Based in the UK and within reasonable commuting distance of the Chester office.
