Fragrance Development Product Manager Assistant (Fragrance)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid flexible working model.

hirify.global is a large beauty company with brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.

What you will do

• Support the launch of new Burberry fragrance products, including brief preparation, operational follow-up, and country presentations.
• Monitor advertising, editorial activity, market news, competitor panels, and fragrance trends.
• Help prepare marketing plans, international conventions, presentation seminars, and Brand Reviews.
• Develop promotional plans, including gift boxes and consumer gifts.
• Monitor agency briefs, expenditure budgets, digital mock-ups, and pack shots.
• Support seminar logistics, including samples and decoration, while collaborating with merchandising, digital, and R&D departments.

Requirements

• Business school or university studies in Business or Marketing.
• Strong interest in the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
• Analytical thinking, creative sensibility, organisation, rigour, and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• Fluent English and fluent French required.
• Initial experience in Marketing Development is desirable.
