What you will do
- Support the implementation and optimization of workplace security solutions covering endpoint protection, data security, and vulnerability management.
- Translate customer business and security requirements into practical technical designs and support solution deployment.
- Work with Microsoft and multi-vendor security technologies, including endpoint security, SIEM, and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery teams, and customers on workshops, solution scoping, and project execution.
- Review security issues, support incident resolution, and recommend continuous improvements to customer security posture.
- Track evolving security trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience supporting or delivering IT or security solutions in a consulting, service provider, or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on exposure to workplace or endpoint security technologies and tools.
- Understanding of security operations, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical security solutions with technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences.
- Proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
