B2B Support Specialist (International Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate B2B client projects from brief through production, delivery, and shipment.
• Track project statuses, deadlines, priorities, and work progress.
• Prepare price quotes, summaries, comparison tables, operational documents, and instructions.
• Coordinate orders and shipments to multiple destinations with warehouse, accounting, production, and external partners.
• Handle export documentation, customs matters, event logistics, databases, records, and reporting.
• Work closely with print/DTP, warehouse, and production teams to maintain an organized client experience.

Requirements

• Excellent written English for business communication.
• Experience in project coordination or B2B client support.
• Proficiency with office tools and work management systems.
• Knowledge of production and international logistics.
• Diligence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
