What you will do

• Support strategic planning, sourcing, and category management for capital procurement portfolios across the North American zone.
• Manage relationships with mid-level business clients and suppliers, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop supplier strategies, support supplier selection and RFx award processes, and address major supplier issues.
• Execute complex contracts and apply advanced negotiation techniques across assigned categories.
• Evaluate value-generating projects based on complexity, risk, resources, implementation time, and financial impact.
• Develop total cost of ownership models, measure value delivery, and drive process improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 7+ years of experience in indirect procurement, design, construction, or the food equipment industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Fluent English.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of source-to-pay tools such as SAP and Ariba.
