Finance Business Partner

Location: Tallinn, hybrid

Develops autonomous delivery robots for food, grocery, and package deliveries, with a focus on reducing congestion and pollution through zero-emissions neighborhood delivery.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end finance partnering relationships with Corporate Function leaders across People, Legal, and IT.
• Lead forecasting, actuals commentary, variance analysis, and budget management across overhead areas.
• Build and refine financial models and forecasts using the Pigment EPM platform and multi-source data.
• Identify short- and long-term cost efficiencies to maximize business value.
• Establish recurring monthly financial reviews and reporting frameworks that support decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience partnering directly with senior non-finance stakeholders and building relationships from scratch.
• Strong financial modeling and systems skills, including high proficiency in Excel or G-Suite.
• Ability to understand cost drivers across diverse corporate functions and operate independently in ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to challenge senior leaders thoughtfully.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
