Staff Product Manager (AI, Skills and Learning)

Location: Mountain View, California; Atlanta, Georgia; Frisco, Texas; or San Diego, California

Base pay: $188,500–$255,000 in Mountain View; $173,500–$235,000 in San Diego, California. The position may also include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for Skills across workforce planning, hiring, performance, talent management, learning, and career development.
• Own the product strategy and end-to-end experiences for hirify.global’s internal Learning capability.
• Connect skills, performance, and talent signals to employee development and enablement outcomes.
• Use AI and potential AI agents to improve workflows, product execution, and employee growth experiences.
• Use user research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and experimentation to guide product decisions and measure impact.
• Align Workforce Planning, HR, Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other cross-functional stakeholders while managing dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas.
• Experience defining product strategy and translating ambiguous business problems into durable capabilities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead end-to-end product experiences and align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, integrations, data, platform capabilities, and technical product decisions.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building products in HR, Talent, Learning, Skills, Workforce Planning, or adjacent enterprise domains.
• Advanced degree.
