TL;DR
Business Intelligence Analyst (Innovative Medicine): Supporting and improving APAC data platforms, business reporting, and ad-hoc analytics with an accent on data quality, master data management, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on validating complex datasets, conducting UAT, resolving data issues, and developing actionable recommendations for commercial and operational decisions.

Healthcare innovation organization focused on Innovative Medicine and MedTech solutions across prevention, treatment, and disease management.

What you will do

  • Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the APAC data analytics platform.
  • Manage master data, validate datasets, monitor data quality, and resolve data and system issues.
  • Coordinate user adoption through training, communications, and end-user support.
  • Participate in platform enhancements, user acceptance testing, process improvement, and regular data operations.
  • Prepare monthly business reports and validate reporting outputs for leadership and commercial stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, identify trends and risks, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, data management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data processes, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multicultural teams.
  • Fluent Korean and business-level English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting regional or global data and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of master data management, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience with UAT and system enhancement projects.
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer health industries.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
