Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own and improve operational workflows across support, Discord, content, social media, CPP, SEO/AEO, and adjacent customer experience functions.
• Identify repetitive, slow, or error-prone processes and convert them into automations using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, and similar tools.
• Build lightweight internal tools and connect existing systems and data sources into practical workflows.
• Write basic scripts when no-code tools are insufficient and turn one-off solutions into reliable systems.
• Apply AI models to classification, routing, generation, analysis, quality assurance, and other high-impact use cases.
• Build dashboards and reports, track operational impact, and continuously identify the next bottleneck.

Requirements

• Experience building something from scratch, such as an internal tool, automation, bot, workflow, dashboard, script, or system.
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
• Ability to write basic scripts and work with data when needed.
• Daily use of AI tools and an active interest in finding new applications for them.
• Ability to break down ambiguous operational problems and ship working solutions.
• Fast learning, high ownership, and strong communication skills across multiple teams.
