DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within Spain; CET working hours.

What you will do

• Support, maintain, and evolve a critical pricing generation and distribution platform for Fixed Income products.
• Administer Linux environments and troubleshoot Docker- and Podman-based workloads across private and public cloud deployments.
• Develop Bash automation scripts and design CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, and Ansible.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and telemetry systems using observability platforms.
• Investigate production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and platform reliability risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams on cloud adoption and legacy platform modernization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments.
• Practical experience with Docker and Podman, AWS, and hybrid private/public cloud deployments.
• Advanced Bash scripting skills and experience with CI/CD and automation tooling.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including interfaces, routing, connectivity, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or Tempo.
• Professional-level English, strong analytical skills, and a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Development experience with C# or Java and familiarity with .NET or JVM-based applications.
• Knowledge of Linux CPU architecture, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Experience migrating large legacy platforms and designing complex deployment pipelines.
• Experience supporting self-hosted tooling and infrastructure services.
