D&I Analyst Sr

What you will do

• Review and investigate customer cases, reports, and banking activity for potential or actual losses.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent and suspicious activity, including anti-money laundering risks.
• Research issues, identify trends, and recommend appropriate case dispositions.
• Apply procedures and risk mitigation practices to reduce fraud, AML, operational risk, and losses.
• Document analysis and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and service partners.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree may be considered with a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and sanctions policies, fraud detection and prevention, operational risk, and business ethics.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, research, problem-solving, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to work in the Pittsburgh office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
