Balance Management Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Limassol office, Cyprus. Relocation support is available for the employee and family, including flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance.

What you will do

• Monitor PSP balances, liquidity levels, and daily settlement activities.
• Initiate transfers, follow up on pending transactions, and ensure timely settlement finalization.
• Maintain balance and settlement records, reports, and operational analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies and delays, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex or high-risk cases.
• Communicate with PSPs and vendors and coordinate with Payments, Risk, Finance, and Treasury teams.
• Perform KYT checks, follow internal controls, and suggest improvements to operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in payments, settlements, or financial operations.
• Experience in online industries such as forex, fintech, payments, or gambling.
• Good understanding of settlement processes, PSP operations, and basic financial risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to make independent operational decisions.

• English check if needed, followed by a 60-minute technical interview.
